UYAPO NDADI

Mr Ndadi is the Managing Attorney and Sole Founder of Ndadi Law Firm. He holds an LLB and LLM from the University of Botswana. He has over 18 years of experience in the Legal Fraternity and has a vast experience in the Legal space having handled a wide range of cases for Individual and Corporate Clients from different walks of life, internationally and locally. He handled Labor Law, Contract Law, Human rights & Children’s Rights, Family Law, alternate dispute resolution, Civil procedures amongst many others. He has previously served as an Executive Director for Botswana Network on Ethics Law and HIV/AIDS (BONELA) . He serves as a Council Member of the Botswana Open University , Member of BFA Appeals Body, Anglican Diocese of Botswana, Member of the Law Society of Botswana in good standing and having previously worked in numerous other Boards as Botswana Health Professions , ACHAP and BOCONGO.
